FGC Series
Flexible gear couplings are mechanical devices that transmit torque between two shafts. They are characterized by their mechanical flexibility, which allows them to compensate for angular, parallel, and axial misalignments of the connected shafts. Flexible gear couplings consist of two hubs, with crowned external teeth, and two internal sleeves with crowned spur teeth.
Features:
High Mechanical Flexibility – Crowned and Curved Tooth profile
Excellent power carrying capacity
Materials are made with carbon steel or cast hubs with hardened teeth
Torque: 1100 – 14,70,000 Nm
Bore Capacity is 710mm
