Magnetic Coupling

Magnetic couplings are a type of coupling that uses magnetic forces to transmit torque and power between two shafts. They are also known as magnetic drive couplings, magnetic shaft couplings, or magnetic disc couplings.Magnetic couplings consist of two main components: a rotor and a stator. The rotor is attached to the input shaft, and the stator is attached to the output shaft. The rotor and stator are separated by a small gap, and the torque is transmitted through the magnetic field created by the rotor.

Features:

  • Non-contact power transmission and this eliminates wear and tear
  • High Temperature & High-Vibration operation
  • No Leaks or Spills
  • Easy to Installation
  • Low Maintenance
